According to Oxford Languages, a goal is an aim or desired result. It is the object of a person’s ambition or effort.
Our life is consist of goals. Whether it is as big as to become a doctor or as simple as to be able to arrive on time. Everything we do is gearing towards reaching a certain goal.
Here are my 5 Simple Steps On Achieving Your Daily Goals:
- MAKE A LIST of your goals for the day. This will remind you of your tasks. Check out this cool item where you can write your list: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM2C4W88/?tag=misisdeargoal-20
- MARK each items you did. When you see that your individual goals are being ticked off one by one, it gives you a glimpse of your future success.
- FOCUS. To avoid getting distracted by less important things. Re-read your list to get back on track.
- SET AN ALARM. You surely will take breaks in between your daily tasks and to avoid overspending too much on your break, an alarm is an effective way to remind you to get back to work.
- Lastly, GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK everytime you achieved a goal. The more you praise yourself, the more you feel energize to do more.
So, Goalees, have you written your goals yet?
